Payment Detail: It is proposed to collect the deposit in installments progressively in proportion with the development of the project. The initial deposit payable is Rs. 130/Sqft and the balance in two equal installments on 6 months interval

Allotment : The allotment of sites will be as per seniority, based on the payment of initial deposit and timely payment of subsequent installments
